What we check
before it reaches you
- Every new document number, read in order, every morning.
- Each filing links to the Commission's own PDF and docket page.
- Consumer letters are counted, never named.
- Your dockets are re-read on every run, so a filing linked late still reaches you, once.
How it works
The Commission Clerk takes in 35 to 40 filings a working day: petitions, staff recommendations, orders, testimony, discovery and consumer letters. The Clerk's office says interested persons aren't notified of every new filing. We read every new document number each morning, tie it to its docket and send you the day.
Daily digest
The whole day, with your matches first.
Alerts only
Just the lines naming your dockets, companies, keywords. Nothing on a quiet day.
Who reads it
Regulatory staff at utilities and co-ops, the lawyers and consultants who appear before the Commission, energy and telecom reporters.
What we leave out
Filings held as confidential appear only as the Clerk describes them. Consumer and staff names are left out. Torvaris is not affiliated with the Commission.
