• Your email address, and your business or organization name if you give it.
• Your watchlist and delivery choices: for example dockets, companies, unions, regions, chemicals or product types, and whether you want the full digest or alerts only.
• A consent record: when you signed up and confirmed, which page you signed up from, and a one-way, salted fingerprint of the IP address used. We don't keep the IP address itself.
• Email events such as sent, bounced and unsubscribed, so we stop mailing addresses that bounce or opt out.
• Billing status from Lemon Squeezy: your email, the plan, the subscription status and renewal or end dates, and Lemon Squeezy's customer and order numbers. We never see or store card numbers.
• Dashboard sign-ins at app.torvaris.com: one-time sign-in links, a sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days, any saved searches, webhook addresses and delivery settings, and daily usage counts we use to apply plan limits.
• Messages you send us. If you email one of our addresses, we keep the message to answer it.

Visiting the website doesn't require an account. We don't use advertising trackers or analytics cookies, and our emails don't contain tracking pixels or rewritten tracking links.

To send the signals you asked for and match them to your watchlist, to handle billing, trials and support, to keep a record of your consent and unsubscribes, to protect the signup form from abuse, and to meet legal obligations. We don't sell personal information or share it for advertising.

• Cloudflare hosts the website, the signup form (including Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a signup isn't automated abuse), our subscriber database, and email delivery and receiving.
• Lemon Squeezy is our reseller and merchant of record. It runs checkout, takes payment, handles sales tax and sends receipts, under its own privacy policy. Payment details go to Lemon Squeezy, not to us.

We don't give your information to anyone else unless the law requires it.

While you're subscribed, and for up to 24 months after you leave. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires. After you unsubscribe we keep your email address on a do-not-mail list so you're never mailed again.

• Every digest and alert has a one-click unsubscribe link. It works immediately.
• To see, correct or delete your information, email support@torvaris.com. We answer within 30 days, usually much sooner. Deleting your information ends any subscription; cancel a paid plan from your Lemon Squeezy receipt, or ask us and we'll do it.
• Depending on where you live, including California, you may have further rights to know, correct or delete personal information. We honor those requests the same way, and won't treat you differently for using them.

Our signals repeat information that public agencies have already published. Private individuals are shown as “an individual”, and we leave out home addresses and phone numbers. If you're named in an item and want our copy corrected or removed, email support@torvaris.com. We review requests within one business day. We can't change the agency's own record.

The signals are for businesses and professionals and are not directed to children under 16.

We post updates on this page and change the “Last updated” date. If a change materially affects how we use subscribers' information, we email subscribers before it applies.
